Can you tell me what happened directly before you tried activating this ECHO? This would really help for making sure I understand where in the game you are.

It'd be really useful to have a video showing this issue. Our teams had been investigating a similar report, but we hadn't been able to reproduce it on our end, so a video showing exactly what you've done in-game will help us to investigate further. On PC, we recommend using the Xbox Game Bar to record gameplay clips, and the resulting video can be uploaded to the file- or video-sharing website of your choice, and a link sent to me here in the forum.
