I'm sorry that you have not been able to locate the mask reward yet. Have you checked your mailbox and/or stash yet? It could be located there. If you still don't see the mask in your game, I'd suggest trying to verify your game files to see if that helps. Also, if it is still missing, please get us a screenshot of the reward showing as unlocked and your inventory showing it is not available. Thank you!

@desrocchi is spot on - the lower line of rewards is the premium season pass and needs to be purchased to unlock those rewards.
