[2020] Hardcore agent lost due game crash. Any way to fix?

Game locked up while I was doing a control point. Not even close to dying.

Start up screen says "Reached Level 25, Time Played 0d 20h 47m". No death screen or similar notification.

Hate to lose the 20+ hours put into the level 25 hardcore agent, especially due to a game crash.

Any way to solve this issue?

I tried the logging in and out that supposedly worked in other cases, but that didnt change anything.

Thank you for reporting this to us, we're sorry to hear that occurred for you.

We are not able to revive Hardcore Agents once they have been killed. I understand that it is frustrating that this occurred due to a game crash, and not a death you were in control for, we cannot restore the character in this case.

Probably should include a disclaimer when making a hard core agent that crashes or disconnects of any kind will "kill" a hardcore agent.

Really enjoyed the challenge and tension associated with the mode, but having it end in such a manner really paints the game in a very negative light, especially since the defect in the game design isn't being corrected.

I would even take being rolled back a bit over completely restarting. SInce I know that is possible (as was done to the glitch abusers earlier this year), why is that not an option in this situation?

Hey folks - totally understand the frustration this is causing and I'm sorry you guys have lost your HC characters due to crashing. As this thread is quite old I'll need to close it, but please be rest assured that the developers are investigating this issue (especially after the latest update) and any updates will be communicated in these forums.
