I just went in and did a respec of my points in the Firewall Specialization. And all of a sudden all points except 19 dissapered.
But when I inspect the progression it still says it's all done (which it has been for the past four years).
Help.

Thanks for reaching out, agent! I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced a reset in specialisation points for Firewall. Could you please attempt to verify your game files to see whether this assists?
Additionally, do you recall any actions you may have taken (such as a new agent creation, etc) that may have related to this issue?
