Hello, I have a problem with The Division 2 pc game, and I try to claim the Thermite costume reward and it won't let me, I have the game in the library and I've played it for more than two hours and still, it won't let me claim it , still blocked and asking me for the game.
What I can do?

We are experiencing a high volume of contacts at this time, but are working to reply to everyone as soon as possible. Just a note though that you need to play/launch Rainbow Six Siege for a few hours before the reward will unlock on the account. Owning both is needed but so is launching/playing the game for a bit of time. Thanks!
