I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive the cache key grants for SHD Paragon Apparel Event. Be assured that our dev team is aware of this issue, which is currently under investigation.
Once new information is available, it will be posted here 
@suschunga This is correct! The event ended on the 8th, however, you can still purchase and/or use any leftover keys until the 15th. Although, players are reporting that they are seeing there is still time left in-game. I'm not sure if that's because you're able to still purchase keys until the 15th.
