[2019] Help! Went from 100% side missions to 97% after patch.

As the title says I went from having 100% side missions to 97%. As soon as I logged in after downloading the (Tidal Basin) patch today I was at 97%. I did not do anything which may have triggered the mission to show up. No free roam and so on. The mission the game tells me I have left to do is "Judiciary Metro Station". As I understand it you start this mission at the drone controller in the White House. The problem is that i cant start the mission and Im pretty sure I have already done it. Any ideas on what I can do? (Sorry for my english).
