[2022] Unable to start "The Pentagon" Mission after completing "Pentagon breach"

There is a slightly simpler thing that everyone can try as well-

The workaround steps:

1. Call for backup
2. Make the player who answers the call the party leader
3. Have that player start the mission for you
4. Complete the mission like normal
