Please gather screenshots or a video showing that you have completed a necessary progression point in a weekly challenge, then show the current challenge progress tracking through Ubisoft Connect. Once you have that available, open a support ticket Here.

Make sure you include the details about which challenge you are trying to unlock. If you have a video you may need to upload it to YouTube for us and send us the link instead!

Once we have that, we should be able to help you out on those support tickets directly.
