We need a separate group for those who are solo only, or playing normal/hard, and moaning about difficulty to post comments in. Put the ext mag comments in there as well.

Normal/Hard is good to hook at this point. 3+ groups will see SOME scaling pains but it's nothing near challenging.

If you are ANY level of decent, and have just a tiny amount of understanding about the game/mechanics, everything up to heroic (save MAYBE TB solo on challenging as I haven't tried it) is fair game. A good two man won't have any issues as well...some sticking points maybe...but it is doable and not terrible. Difficult in places, but in a good way. EXCEPT FOR TIDAL BASIN BOSS FIGHT...as the drone/nade spamming are too much vs the normal enemies and the time cap.

3+ is atrocious everywhere. Doable though. Tidal Basin is still a tough cookie...but better gear may be the ticket. It's just odd that 450 is viable everywhere on challenging save there it seems. I can't imagine what 4 is like. My group tends to NOT open lobbies strictly on account of the scaling.

But the point is if you are having problems on normal and hard...it's NOT the game, ITS YOU.

@SocialHandicap , I personally really wish we always mentioned the details about group size and exactly what missions/activities we're talking about in these discussions.

Everybody gets to say their piece though. Like I always try to say in these threads: we don't just pass one opinion on difficulty to the team. I try to send multiple ones with as many details as possible.

Calls from posters of 'it's too difficult' is no different than 'it's too easy'. It's more complex than that of course, but it's the way it works.
You're absolutely right!

What aspects of the game, other than just enemy numbers (health, damage, accuracy, etc.) might make meaningful impacts on game difficulty?
