I'm at 288/355 blueprints and nothing is offering me any others. Also, for some reason, the icon that would let me do Countdown is missing from the power plant. Anybody have any ideas about either situation. I thank you in advance for any helpful response.

As mentioned by @the_Kettle (thanks for sharing your insights here by the way !) some crafting blueprints were exclusive to the old seasons reward tracks.
The Issue with the missing icon has been reported to the Team, and an investigation is ongoing.
As soon as updates are available, we'll let you know on the forum.
For the purpose of our investigation, can you let us know if you can still access Countdown by talking with the helicopter pilot ?
