[2020] Can't Talk to Kelso for "Return to Haven" side mission

After the emergency fix for unable to talk to the safehouse NPCs, another (major) NPC interaction issue. I went down the escalator to find where Kelso is, but the map keeps leading me away from where she and Faye set up. And every time I followed the map icon, "you are exiting mission area" go figures. I've tried restarting the game and my console, still can't talk to her? I'm starting to wonder if she has a grudge against me or something (maybe ISAC has). Currently this side mission can not be completed and it bugs me every time I return to Haven, please fix it soon. Thank you.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with interacting with Kelso for "Return to Haven" mission.

We have reported this to The Division 2 team. To help with our investigation, could you please provide us with as much information as you can remember?

Did you notice anything strange or errors before this issue or in the last mission? Were you in a group?

In the meantime, restarting the game and fast travelling in and out the Safe House might help.

Sorry to hear you also have this issue. We are investigating Kelso interaction issue separately to the Community NPC issue that was fixed.

Just to confirm, did this occur after finishing the last mission for the Keener's hunt?

@WIZz.AU - This issue was resolved in TU10.

Could you provide a video showing this is still an issue for you?
