Hello since the last update the game now crashes/freeze after about 25mins of gameplay fps drops to almost 0, doesn’t show any errors just cuts back to steam os screen. Image below has bar above showing you/cpu/ram/fps.

I am sorry that you are having issues with the Steam Deck but unfortunately we can only offer a very limited support for the device.
I would suggest you to check Valve's Steam deck troubleshooting guide, which you can find here.
There is also a dedicated section for reporting these issues on the Steam discussions platform, which could also include potential workaround and fixes for the crash.

@personassassin I'm sorry to hear that Steam can't provide any further support. As none of our games have received an update dedicated to work on Steam deck, there's not much else we can suggest other than what was already said I'm afraid.
Edit - I just found a post on the Steam forums here with a suggestion that may help.
