I bought The Division 2 – One-Time Offer Pack (2000 + 1000 credits)
I DID NOT received anything...
I use Ubisoft Connetc store.
I try to contact support (chat or message) and nothing work.
Can you give me an email o contact me? or do i have to open a case in paypall or in my bank?

I'm so sorry to hear that you purchased the One Time Offer Pack and have not received it in your game! I checked into this, and the transaction still hasn't been fully processed on our end. In this case, we ask that you wait up to 48 hours to allow time for the transaction to process entirely. If you still haven't received the content after that time, it means that your purchase has turned into an authorization hold. That means you will receive your money back in 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.

If after that time you decide to make the purchase again, I'd suggest that you make the purchase on our website instead as it may help make sure the payment goes through properly. Here is where you can find the pack for purchase!
