I just bought gothic armor set (with my Helix credit) and game crashes whenever I try to equip any rune in any piece of the armor. Any suggestion? Thanks.

Can you please try the all of the troubleshooting steps in the support article here then try again.
If the issue persists can you confirm if this only occurs when trying to equip runes on the Gothic armour set or do you experience the same issue when trying to equip runes to other armour?
Do you also experience any other crashes whilst playing the game?

I've merged your topic into an existing one, apologies for any confusion. We've got everything we need for the moment to get this solved, so we'll have a fix in place as soon as possible. No need for any save files for the moment, but I really appreciate the offer
