Since we received a Ubisoft Connect update August 30th, time-limited challenges have not been synchronized and/or updated. For instance, I have been playing the sharpshooter specialization all week, and haven't had a single 'kill' register on the challenge.

Could I just check if you have logged out of Ubisoft Connect and back in at all to see if they update? Just as I know some players who just keep their computers logged in all the time.

Hello everyone, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

We know a few games were affected by the time-limited challenges over the last week or longer, but now all challenges should be restored on the Ubisoft Connect launcher.

I am sorry to hear that your challenges do not seem to be progressing, however. We usually ask players to wait a full 24 hours after taking part in a challenge, to see if the progress has then been tracked after a short delay.

If you have completed a challenge and the challenge has not progressed at all, after a 24 hour wait, please let us know what challenge this has affected for you so we can pas this onto our Division game team.
