I am at the secure the visitor center and the elite is stuck behind a door that does not open. If I kill him a key is dropped but I cannot reach it. I have done this story mission multiple times and I get the same result every time.
You're right, it's obviously not normal gameplay and we can certainly look into it. If you're able to reproduce this issue, could you let us know your reproduction steps and provide a video? This will help the developers identify the cause.
