Good afternoon, I can’t get a reward for a joint raid by a clan in one session, we’ve been trying to get it for a month, but we haven’t been given it. What could be the reason? For the raid hard times we were given a reward. And we can't get the Iron Horse for the raid.

This particular issue was reportedly resolved but then unfortunately returned again and so was recently re-opened for further investigation. As soon as we receive any updates from the team on this we'll return here to let everyone know.
