[2022] Error Message When Trying to Purchase Account Shared Blue Prints/Materials

The message at the vendor is "not enough space to buy this item"

This character was leveled 0-40. Not an boosted character. Finished WoNY and now have the watch.

I have level 40 map with all the controls for resetting CP, changing directives/difficulty.

I feel like I have missed something obvious.

I have another character boosted, completing WoNY and can share blue prints and materials.

I would include pictures but a single picture is > 2048MB.
