like the title says i dont care about fixes or patches anymore because those will never happen and even if they happen they fix 1 thing and break 10 other things

what i do care about is that the devs atleast admit they screwed the pooch and broke this game and made it even worse then the day it came out

honesty above anything and this goes a long way so stop asking for dxdiag and msinfo files because nothing is done with these files because the only answer you get is have you tried these steps every time

and when yiou report a bug they ask for a video and when given the video you get no reply for a few days and then there is an email we haven t heard anything from you so we are closing the case

without even giving a fix patch or even a workaround but i guess it doesnt matter anymore because the money stating the customers money is in the pocket so no reason to deliver support in whatever matter

BUT IM NOT REALLY EXPECTING A REPLY SO IN THIS CASE NO REPLY IS ATLEAST AN ADMITION OF GUILT AND IF THERE IS A REPLY IT PROBABLY WILL START WITH IM SORRY YOU ENCOUNTER THIS ERRORS CAN YOU OPEN A SUPPORT BTICKET WITH MSINFO AND DXDIAG ATTACHED OR HAVE YOU TRIED THESE STEPS ALREADY

Thanks for providing this feedback and sorry you feel this way. I will certainly be sure to forward this feedback to our game team for further review and while I would not be able to provide specific game information without more specific details of the issue you are experiencing, I would like to clarify a few bits of information.

First of all, as most players will have different hardware and software configurations on their home device, there is often something which causes a problem for one player but not another ten, fifteen or hundred players with a similar PC build. The reason we ask for system reports is to look for these outlying cases as often these errors are caused by things that people wouldn't normally expect.

Secondly, the reason to ask for images and video clips of bugs and graphical errors is as the saying goes, "a picture is worth a thousand words". While someone could provide an incredibly detailer report to us, if we can see them experiencing this issue in a visual format it is a lot easier to tell exactly what happened leading up to the cause of the reported issue. Also, a lot of the time it helps us know if this is something which can be easily replicated or a one of situation which while annoying, may not occur again for another hundred hours of play time.

Lastly, while I understand we do not always communicate the outcome of any investigations, this silence is not "an admission of guilt" as you put it and more a case of us not wishing or not able to provide any specific details until we have a solid information regarding future updates or patch notes which will address a particular situation.

Please note that it may take us some time to respond to your post, especially when contact volumes are higher. In some situations, we won't be able to reply in every thread you open. As Litten mentions above, sometimes it can take us time to provide an official update as we are awaiting solid information from the development teams. The investigations can take time, and as a result we are not always to update our players as frequently as we would hope to.

We appreciate players, like yourself, taking the time to record video footage and sending it to us, as this does help in our investigations. I am sorry to hear that you feel as if we are ignoring you, and I can assure you that this isn't the case.
