Hi,
I thought of making use of Ubisoft's 20% sale to purchase Assassin's Creed Valhalla Season Pass. Decided to utilise 100 Ubisoft gold credits to obtain a further 20% discount, i was given an error message of "Ubisoft payment system unavailable" when i tried proceeding with my payment. I checked & double confirmed with my bank, there isn't any issues with my card.
Upon restarting Ubisoft Connect after the failed purchase, 100 Ubisoft gold credits has been deducted on top of the failed purchase. Kindly look into the issue & refund the credits. Thank you
