Hello,

I have accidentally deleted my main character and put in a support ticket [censored]. How long does this usually take to look into? And is it possible to fix?

We certainly can look into this with you but to do so you'll require a support case as it's not something we can investigate over the forums unfortunately.

You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook: (https://en-gb.facebook.com/UbisoftSupport/%5d) and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you.
