I'm afraid I have to report another bug. I'm trying to collect SHD Tech caches in Civic Center (WONY) but I'm having problems with the one near Police Plaza. Well, two problems really.
1. You're supposed to be able to shoot one of those yellow junction boxes to open a door to a room with loot. That door doesn't open for me. I've tried about 5 times today but the door doesn't open when I shoot the box (even if I've fast-travelled away from there or restarted the game).
2. I know from videos online that you need a key to open the door to the room with the SHD Tech cache but that enemy doesn't spawn. Again, I've tried this several times.
