I am trying to completely gather all loot and collectibles on each district (except lootable objects), but, sadly, I've found a lot loot that cannot be reached, such as the contaminated apartment in Chelsea, 8th Avenue, and lately, a little standard gear at Kips Bay, 1st Avenue. Right on the street.
There are no obvious places that lead underground. I have looked at some main mission places and they do not lead to this gear.The waypoint just leads to the spot above the gear. No buildings nearby are even enterable, and no tunnels lead to it. I have OCD, unfortunately, so I can't simply ignore this little thing.
