[2020] Unable to loot Raid Key Chests

Hello! It's been 3 weeks since I was able to open up a raid key chest. They appear as closed, with no highlight and no option to interact with.
Could be linked to Territory chest bug, as those chests tend to give me no option to interact with even though they are highlighted after I picked up the key.
Could provide video footage if needed.

Love the game, but its a little annoying to go into a raid knowing that you're unable to loot any of the key chests.. my only chance at the EB stands in the boss drops :c.
Would really appreciate a fix c: (add some keys to my account won't tell anyone thanks)

Hi Shattered.! There was a previously reported issue where certain players could not open the chest for the first time after a reset, is this what is happening to you?
Are you able to provide the video you took?

Just to confirm, which region are you playing the game from and who is your Internet Service Provider (ISP)?

The team needs more information to look into this issue.

Are you able to provide a video, preferably a few minutes before and after the issue occurs?

Update: Port forwarding might have.. worked? I was able to loot every keybox aswell as the boss chest. I'm going to turn them off, I'll run the raid again on my alt to see if that actually had anything to do with it. Given the fact that territory control chests were fixed without me doing anything, I'm going to assume something happened on the other end. Thanks for helping out I really appreciate it c:

Glad to hear that has resolved the issue, Shattered.

If anyone is still experiencing this issue, I would recommend reverting to the previous router settings to see if this resolve the issue.
