Sorry to hear that you've both experienced this same issue with lost weapons. If possible, would you be able to provide us with any screenshots you might have of these items before they went missing?

So we can take a closer look at your accounts and inventories, could you please reach out to us via our Support Site, Facebook or Twitter?

When doing so, could you please include the following information;

• The Agent weapons are missing for
• Which weapons are missing
• The date you noticed they were missing / could last access them
