[2022] Drop in expertise level after Season 10 and exotic are components missing

Yesterday before season 10 dropped my expertise level was 19 (20/140) and my Regulus was the only item I upgraded to expertise 19. I also had 73 exotic components left. When I logged in today after season 10 went live, I noticed my expertise level had dropped to 18 (130/140). My Regulus obviously is at level 18 now, but what's worse is that the 9 exotic components that were spent on taking it to expertise 19 weren't refunded. I still have 73 exotic components left. So I've basically been robbed of 9 exotic components. Not cool. Please fix this Ubisoft.

If you believe that you should have received a compensation cache and did not, you will need to open a support ticket with us Here. Please do not attempt to open a live chat, open an email case.

We will have to review every case individually, so please be patient with us.
