Good day, on 25/12/2022 I bought DLC division2 - New York and to this day I can't see it in the game and I can't play it.
I will ask you to assign it to me as DLC as soon as possible.

I am also sorry to hear that you have not received your DLC and have also not received a response from Customer Support. Due to the high volume of contacts it is taking longer than usual to reply, however someone will reply to you as soon as it is possible.
