Haven't found this problem in previous posts though I've tried to solve it with some of the solutions posted without success.
A new Legion 5 Pro: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H and RTX 3070.

Whenever I launch DIV2 and it switches to full screen it gets so bright I can barely see the character screen. All settings are unchanged or normal, nothing is maxed out in game or in NVIDIA settings. I've reset things to default, re-optimized according to nvidia, no optimize, window mode, lower resolution, etc. Nothing seems to work.
EDIT: Even in windowed mode, the whole screen resolution changes.

It's the only game having an issue. Even other Ubisoft games, AC Valhalla and AC Unity, run perfect.

All drivers are the latest from Lenova, nvidia, etc.

Anyone else have this problem or any computer pros have any suggestions?
Thanks

@terratrodder Hey! Thank you for getting in touch about the brightness/contrast issue you are having.

Thank you for the troubleshooting you have done and thank you for letting us know your system specs.

This does seem rather strange behaviour to only be happening with this game. Is it possible that you have specific settings for this game in the NVIDIA Control Panel?

Did you set the overall settings in NVIDIA to default or the specific game settings?

Additionally, can you try verifying your game files, you can find how to do this and more here.

Thank you and we look forward to your reply.

@terratrodder Hi there.

Thanks for confirming that you've taken a look at your Nvidia settings, and verified your game files.

Would you be able to try performing a clean boot, to ensure that there are no other applications that might be causing a conflict with The Division 2?

Let us know if this has any impact at all!
