While the sound cuts out of the video I made, it's still there. Cutout is due to Xbox's sound recording capability.
It's not game breaking, but it is mind numbingly annoying and unnecessary. Thought you might want to look at it and fix if you can.

Logging out then back in is the only thing that works. Once I log back in, the sound is gone so troubleshooting is not necessary. The sound usually does not return a second time in a session.
This is something new as I've been playing regularly for over a year and never had this happen. Best way to recreate would be to fight Hyenas in the street when they use RC cars. That's what the sound you hear is.
