So ive tried to fix this crash issue for days now and nothing is working i tried everything and it just still crashes its just unplayable dont know what to do anymore...

First, please take the time to knock out some basic troubleshooting steps for me and if this crash happens after they are completed, I have a few follow-up questions as well. Please start with these steps:


Once those steps are all completed successfully, please launch the game as an admin and let me know if you encounter this crash again. If you do, can you let me know when exactly the crash occurs? Is it happening randomly or does it always happen at the same point? Also, are you receiving any specific error codes or messages when this occurs? For good measure, if you can provide me with some diagnostic system files, I'd like to take a further look and see if anything else stands out.
