[2020] No Clan Cache reward after weekly reset

Please let me know if this is the first Clan your character was in or if instead your character started or joined one clan and then moved to another.

Hi guys! Please note that we are currently investigating reports from players that they are not receiving their weekly clan cache awards.
Please remember that you should receive a Clan Cache if:
- You have joined your first clan OR been a part of the Clan for more than 7 days,
- The Clan reaches at least one milestone (bronze, silver, gold)

- How new is your clan?
- Did you recently join or leave a clan?
- How many players are in your clan by chance?
