[2020] No Clan Cache reward after weekly reset

Please let me know if this is the first Clan your character was in or if instead your character started or joined one clan and then moved to another.

I apologize for any frustration I_am_Beaz. I wanted to provide clarification to players who may have not known the requirements for these caches. The previous posts provided information to help with our investigation of this issue.

Hi guys! Please note that we are currently investigating reports from players that they are not receiving their weekly clan cache awards.
Please remember that you should receive a Clan Cache if:
- You have joined your first clan OR been a part of the Clan for more than 7 days,
- The Clan reaches at least one milestone (bronze, silver, gold)
Hope this clears some things up!

- How new is your clan?
- Did you recently join or leave a clan?
- How many players are in your clan by chance?
