Sorry to see you have some graphics issues. Can I just check if any of you have the game installed on a portable HDD / extended storage device, or is it on the console's main hard drive?

@TxDieselKid - Thanks for this information, I appreciate it! And yeah you're right, I don't believe this is an issue related specifically to your current Xbox, I wouldn't want you to have to check this on another one.
@yLeooKs - Thanks for trying the steps, you mentioned earlier that they occur in a few places on the map, I understand that they happen rarely but does it happen for the same spots?
If possible, would anyone be able to provide a short video showing the locations where these seem to occur? You could directly upload the clip to a linked Twitter or YouTube account. Alternatively, if you would prefer, you could transfer the video to a PC using a flash drive and then send it to us another way, such as through a file-sharing site.
@yLeooKs Are you attempting to upload the video directly to Discussions? If so, try uploading it to YouTube as an unlisted video instead and then posting the link. I also appreciate the additional information you provided as well!
