My War Effort quest is glitched, and I cannot complete it. I completed all the tasks at the statues surrounding the boat, and the boat appears fully loaded and usually has the quest icon above it. My progress bar is visibly complete.
However, the current objective is to examine the statues. One of them still has an "interact" button, but when I interact with it, it simply says "I should see what needs to be done around the settlement" (or equivalent). My guess is that I completed those tasks when I had another set of tasks marked, and it did not register properly.
I cannot progress. I reloaded several older manual saves, but they all have the same issue. I would like to be able to complete the festival before it ends. I am happy to provide video evidence if someone can tell me how to access my XBox One cloud saved clip on my computer.
