I hope someone can help me with this because it's getting very frustrating. I've been playing this with a friend and we have always played together doing exactly the same things. Each night she gets more and more XP than me. She's now around 85,000xp ahead of me. We did a mission tonight and I get 50,000xp for it and she got 56,000xp. What's going on? I thought we should be getting the same.

@jessica-jinx Hey!

Thank you for getting in touch about XP in The Division 2. Is your friend the one hosting the group? If so she will be getting extra XP.

The Division 2 scales up according to how many players there are in a mission. That means more enemies and, because you earn XP for any kill made by someone on your team, more XP. It's basically free XP for the party leader without them doing anything other than just teaming up with friends.

Thank you.

@jessica-jinx Thank you for your reply This is very peculiar to be happening.

Would you be able to share an image showing that you do not receive any XP whereas she is?

This would help with starting an investigation into this issue for you.

Thank you.

@Noxious81
Thanks for jumping in the thread here with some suggestions on what might help the investigation!

@Thunaer76
Thank you for posting this additional context on what XP a player will receive and when.

The help here is much appreciated. Hopefully we'll be able to get to the bottom of it!
