Not recieved twitch drops from 12/5/22 have claimed them on twitch but nothing is showing in game .. [Redacted by Ubisoft Support]

Hey there @Tunarean, thanks for getting in touch. I am sorry to hear that you have not received your Twitch Drops. At the time of your post, we were aware of some ongoing issues where Twitch Drops were not dropping correctly. This was also posted over in our known issues section. We believe this has now been resolved. Are you still missing your drops? If so, could you please let me know what platform you're playing on?

Hey there @kizzarze, thanks for taking the time to get in touch, I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing some issues with Twitch Drops. Can you please elaborate on this further for me? Which drop have you not received?

It is also important to note that we recently experienced an issue with Standard and Legacy caches as they were not dropping as intended, this issue is now resolved and you should have received what was missing.

I'm sorry that you didn't get any of your drops either.

As you didn't get any, can I have you go ahead and get a Support Case started so that we can look into this further with you?

Thanks for your updates!

At the moment, the team are aware of and are currently investigating reports into issues with the recent Hidden Alliance Twitch drops not being received in-game.

We don't have any further updates at this time, but rest assured investigations are ongoing.

We'll continue to keep you updated here as and when we have more information available on this.
