Ever since Title Update 17.1 dropped I've been experiencing multiple bugs and glitches.

-Chestpieces and Backpacks appear as something other than the appearance they are set to, almost always one of the previous apparel event items. Even on Exotics.

-Countdown quite often takes a long time to load, doesn't show the intro cutscene, when it starts no enemies spawn, the objectives don't appear, and the HUD is distorted.

-Lag is heavy at times, especially in Countdown and the Summit.

-Keep ending up running in place when moving like being stuck on an invisable wall. This has happened to me alot in the Base of Operations.

-I suddenly have been experiencing hard crashes to the dashboard fairly frequently. I play on Xbox Series X and have never really had a problem with this before.

-Also have had an uptick in DELTA errors.

Massive, I implore you, please roll back the update til you can sort out the issues. Cause it's hard to have fun when the game is in this state.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing technical and connectivity issues while playing The Division 2.

Just for some further updates regarding these issues.

Chestpieces and Backpacks appear as something other than the appearance they are set to, almost always one of the previous apparel event items. Even on Exotics.

  • This issue is known to and being investigated by the game team, however we don't have any additional details on this to share at the moment.


All of the issues regarding lag / latency / loading times / especially in Countdown & The Summit

  • These are also being looked into by the team as part of a wider investigation regarding latency issue reports, this began as a PC investigation but appears to have branched to console.
  • We also do not have anything further to share in regards to this at this time.


Your reports have been noted for both of the above.

As for the hard crashes to the Xbox Dashboard, please may we know more about this?

Is it just during normal gameplay or when doing something specific such as playing Countdown or travelling to a certain location?

And do you receive any error messages at all? Or does it just ping you right back to the dash?
