[2020] Unable to complete Go West, Young Agent

I'm at the Riverside Gas Station control point and I checked all the cache boxes and there's no Fast Leather Belt.

I think I had taken over the control point already or wasn't able to loot the main cache box.

How do I complete this quest?

Hey Vindigator! Can you provide screenshots showing that you have the belt in your inventory and that you do not have the option to donate it to the project?
