In order to investigate, we'd need some information:
@P0ker-Face is it the first time that you get stuck like that or does it happen every time you go across that section of the map?

@Jessa246 Do you remember in which areas of the map your character stopped moving?

Also, it seems that the game is crashing a lot for you. Could you please let me know the following:

• Are you using DirectX 11 or 12?
• Do you have HDR enabled?
• Is the low latency setting enabled?
• Do you get a specific error message when the game crashes?
• Have you already tried to verify the game files?

These information can help us provide the support you need.

@P0ker-Face This might actually be caused by the latency issues that players have been experiencing on the servers lately. The team did address this in their Twitter post
