[2022] i found a bug with crash desktop from freeze screen and etc and glitch door and otis sykes

I'll number my responses to each for ease.

• The game is crashing - we are aware of reports of The Division 2 crashing to desktop for players and are currently investigating.

We have a Megathread tracking reports of this and progress of this issue here, so please keep an eye out there.

In the meantime, I would suggest giving all of the steps in our PC troubleshooting guide a try, including verifying the game's files to see if this helps you play while these investigations are ongoing.

• Otis Sykes - By this, do you mean to say that you're unable to hear Otis Sykes when he speaks? If so, do subtitles still display when he should be talking?

As this isn't something that's been reported yet, could you please capture a clip of this behaviour so we can take a closer look?

• White House Door - By this report, do you mean that after the scene where you speak with the President, your character is glitching through a door?

If so - does this happen every time?

And could you please also capture a video clip of this for us to look at?
