First of all, thank you for the nice games. Wishing you continued success.
My problem is I play Division 2 PC version with XBOX ONE S gamepad without any problem.
But when I play with XBOX SERIES S gamepad, when I click the LEFT ANALOG STICK from the top, MAP opens. When I click the RIGHT ANALOG STICK from the top, the MENU opens.
That's why I can't play with XBOX SERIES S gamepad on PC. (It works fine when I connect it to XBOX)
Please help me ubi.
@leonardodaturk Hey! Sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues when playing with the Xbox Series S gamepad.
So we can get a better understanding of this issue and try to get to the root cause please answer the following:
Do you play the game through Steam or Ubisoft Connect?
Have you tried settings the controls to default?
Are you playing via Bluetooth or USB?

@LeonardoDaTurk @Sur_Slaughter The following peripherals are officially supported for the Division 2 on PC:
• Mouse and keyboard
• DualShock 4 Controller
• Xbox One Controller
Other versions of these may not work as intended. Examples include third party Xbox-compatible controllers (C-SID, Xbox Adaptive Controller, etc.).
Please check for any drivers available to update for your peripheral software if the problem continues to persist. @Sur_Slaughter I recommend you verify game files in Ubisoft Connect and try the relevant steps in our PC troubleshooting guide. Let me know if you see any changes.
