Hello friends, firstly sorry for my english, i'm using google translator, my primary language is portuguese, i'm brazilian.

I recently reported problems with my The Division 2, it's been a while, but I didn't come to report it because I didn't find where to do it, now I found it.

My game sometimes crashes, and I need to force it to close, and when I open it again it stays for a long time until I close it, but the problem is that it can happen at any time, even in missions, and for now it's only happening 1 time, there was a time that it was about five times with the same problem.

I've already checked the game's data and nothing, I've updated my processor's video driver and my motherboard's chipset driver.

Game and Ubisoft Connect installed in the same place, a 500gb HD I have on my pc.

My settings:

Processor Ryzen 3 2200G with Vega 8
Memory 16gb dual channel 2x8gb 2400Mhz HyperX, HX424C15FB2/8 and HX424C15FB3/8
Motherboard Asus A320M-K/br
1 SSD NVMe XPG S11 PRO 256gb, for system
1x500gb WD Blue HD, where the programs are installed.
1x500gb HD, I don't remember the brand, for files
1x1tb WD Blue HD, for files
1x2tb WD Blue HD, for files too
Corsair CX500 power supply

I play with an Xbox controller, in case it makes a difference, and I'm reinstalling the game at the exact moment I create the topic.

Attached is a picture of how it looks when it crashes.

Hey @VisaryScolar

I'm sorry to hear your game is crashing randomly but thank you for the information you have provided so far. Please can you check through the steps in this article and see if there's anything you haven't tried yet, as we just need to rule out any of the most common causes of issues on PC first of all.

Another good thing to try is to close Ubisoft Connect, go to your cache folder in your Ubisoft Connect directory and rename your cache folder to something like "cachebackup". Then see if you still have an issue.

If you still have issues after these steps and after your reinstallation, let us know here and we can create a support case for you, as we'll need to get these system files from you to look into this further.

DX Diag

MSInfo - Please run this file straight after the crash, as it will show the most recent errors happening on your PC when it crashed.

If you would prefer to contact us via live chat, you can do so here and we can get your files from you whilst speaking to you on there.

As live chat isn't always available, you can also reach out through a private message on Twitter or Facebook if you prefer, as that will also create a case for you and we can then get your system files off you through there.

If you do contact us through one of the above options, please mention what steps you have already done, or just provide links to those articles so they don't get suggested to you again. Also, please let us know here if you have, otherwise we will create the support ticket for you if you let us know you still need assistance.

If contacting on Twitter or Facebook messages, please provide your account username and email, so we can link the chat to a support case so you can attach the files.
