[2021] Eliminated one bounty target but failed to kill the other one. The bounty is not on my map, has it been done or not? Will it respawn?

Hello, today I got killed while halfway done through a bounty. Unfortunately the bounty icon is not on my map, so I cannot replay it. Will I ever be able to kill the other boss I missed, or is it lost forever? The bounty does not appear under Progression -> Bounties list, so I guess it was one of those random ones, it's bugged or it's unfinished. The bounty name was Task Force India - the Black Tusk guys had Russian surnames.
