[2020] Comms can`t be collected

I`ve run into a problem. Some of the new comms that you can collect in The Division 2 can`t be collected. You can see them on the map and ISAC calls out when you are near them, but I can`t pick them up.
Anybody else having this problem as well? What is the solution?

As some has previously stated, it's a known issue and the team is looking at it

Our article will give you the following info:

🔧 TU5 Fixes Currently Being Worked On

Collectibles.
Not being able to pick some of them up. Some of collectibles resetting for some players.

I've just had a check of the ticket and can see that we asked you for more information regarding the bugs reported.
