Hi, I was hoping to use some of Division 2 music in Youtube for background music on my intros and Outros. I was wondering if this is allowed under the current policy?
I'm new to all this and don't want to be hit with any copyright strikes?
Would I just need to give credit to Ola Strandh and/or Ubisoft?
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks

Hi Mystic-Dude!

I am afraid you would not be able to use music from our games for your channel. You can find more information on our policy here.

Thanks!

WrecK3rr makes a good point. We encourage players to make creative content, however we ask that players don't take assets from our games (e.g. voice, music, items) and distribute them separately as their own. Additionally, if music owned by third parties (including the popular music in our games),you will need to secure the content owner's permission independently. To avoid receiving a copyright strike, we recommend that you turn off the music in the game if you plan to record a gameplay sequence.

You can read more about this here as well.
