As I mentioned in the title, when I log in to my character and eventually open the world map, my game instantly crashes. This was not happening before but for 5 days now I can't play the game. Is this a general issue? At first, it was the pilot and when I go to pilot the game was crashing but now it crashes as soon as I open the map. Please fill me in about what is happening

We can investigate this issue here or you can open a ticket, however we are quite busy at this time and this is causing response delays to cases as well as our other platforms.
That said, can you clarify is your game crashing to dashboard every time you open the map or is it random? Do you get any error messages or codes when the game crashes?
We would advise trying the following steps, just to see if this changes anything. If the issue persists though, please let us know!

As such, it's key we conduct some troubleshooting to better understand and isolate the issue.
We also do not have any visibility over the auto-generated crash reports.
Please could you kindly complete the troubleshooting steps we've shared and let us know if there's any changes at all?
