[2020] Can't activate 3 specializations from Year 1 Pass (Haven in NY)

Did you have a level 30 character that had already unlocked this Specialization? If so, and you move them into the new expansion content are they able to change to that specialization?

This is gamebreaking and FALSE ADVERTASING and devs cant even acknowlodge its existence.

This issue is still being investigated, the issue only occurred after the latest update which is why there is nothing in the patch notes. We have acknowledged that the issue has been reported to the dev team who are investigating.
