While playing countdown players are disconnected, my game hard crashes or freezing occurs without warning its very random no particular time or action causes it and I'm constantly seeing the message poor network connection While playing countdown I'm on a ps5 with 1gb up and down speeds hardwired. Are the devs aware of this issue on Playstation?.

I'm sorry to hear you keep getting disconnected randomly or the game is crashing. Firstly, I would advise to make sure the game is installed on the main console HDD rather than any external or additional HDD's you have inserted. Also, please try going through the connectivity troubleshooting found here.
