[2020] Classified assignment door scan not working

Hey, I've been having this trouble for AGES. When I find a classified assignment entrance and scan the door nothing happens. I have the Year 1 pass, and I even completed one assignment, months ago. But the doors of the others simply don't work. I find it, it I hold F to scan and nothing happens, just my XP bar flashes. I'm not sure if this means I need to be a higher level? I am level 22, but there's nothing that says I need to be higher. The assignments are available on my map. I have no idea what's going on. I know there's a weekly refresh, and I know it's not that, because I haven't been in an assignment for probably 2 months.
