Hey there.
Sorry to hear you're experiencing crashes at the moment. We'll certainly do our best to try and help you to resolve these issues.
The first thing I would suggest is to attempt all remaining suggested here. This will rule out most of the common causes of crashing/freezing issues.
If after doing so you're still experiencing issues I'd then recommend opening a support case. You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you.
After you've opened the case if I can also ask you to attach two system reports to the case that will assist us in identifying any potential cause. This link explains how to generate your MsInfo and DxDiag files for us

I'm sorry to hear you have been having issues also, although from what I can see you haven't spoken to us here on the forums about this yet or heard back on your recently created support ticket, but you'll receive a reply back on there once the ticket reaches one of our email support agents and we can look into what may be causing it for you.
